Escortii.com (referred to as “Escortii”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. This means we decide why and how that information is used.

You can contact us about privacy, data protection, advertising records or an account request at Admin@escortii.com.

Escortii is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly provide accounts to, or intentionally collect personal information from, children. If you believe a person under 18 has supplied information or appears in content on Escortii, contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

This policy applies to Escortii.com and the account, advertisement, administration and identity-verification pages operating under that domain. External services reached through links—such as WhatsApp or Telegram—apply their own privacy terms once you leave Escortii.

We collect information you provide, information generated while you use Escortii, and limited technical information supplied by our service providers.

Signed-in Punters may save favourites to their private account. Recently viewed advertisements are stored locally in the browser rather than in the public profile. A person submitting a content report may provide a reason and explanation; signed-in reports include the reporting account ID, while signed-out reports use a random browser token to help limit duplicate abuse.

Information intended for publication

Active advertisement content—including photographs, display name, general location, description, prices and the contact details selected for the advertisement—may be publicly accessible. Search engines, other visitors or third parties may copy or cache public information outside our control. Do not publish a home address, identity-document number or any information you do not want made public.

Restricted information

Account authentication information, favourites, unpublished advertisements, agency invitations, moderation notes and identity-verification evidence are not intended to be public. Agency owners and authorised team members may see shared agency records needed to operate that account. Access is otherwise restricted according to role and operational need.

Our legitimate interests include protecting the service and its users, preventing fraud, moderating content, measuring service performance and supporting advertisers. We balance those interests against the privacy impact and rights of the people concerned.

Email and telephone verification help protect accounts and reduce misuse. Telephone verification is performed by Firebase Authentication and may involve sending an SMS through Google’s service providers. Agency approval and content-report decisions are reviewed by an authorised administrator.

Where optional advertisement content contains special-category information that you intentionally ask us to publish, we rely on your explicit choice and, where applicable, the fact that you have deliberately made that information public. You may withdraw that choice by editing or deleting the content, although withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

Identity verification is used to confirm that an applicant is an adult and to support trust and safety. Applicants provide a legal name, date of birth, selected identity document and a current selfie. Depending on the document type, the back image may also be required.

• Files are uploaded to a private account-specific storage path and cannot be used as public advertisement photos.
• Only authorised administrator accounts and trusted service systems can access the evidence for review.
• Administrator review links are short-lived. The current review link expires after approximately 15 minutes.
• Review decisions may be approval, a request to resubmit, or decline. The reason and review history may be kept for accountability and to prevent abuse.
• The current process is a human review. Escortii does not use automated facial-recognition matching or create biometric templates from the submitted images.

A photograph is not automatically biometric data under UK data-protection law. If Escortii later introduces technical biometric matching, we will first assess the risks and lawful basis, update this notice and provide any additional information or choice required by law.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be made available to:

• Google Firebase and Google Cloud, which support authentication, database records, private file storage and cloud functions.
• One.com, which supports website hosting and related email or infrastructure services.
• Google Fonts, when the site loads font files; technical request information such as an IP address may be received.
• QuickChart, when a signed-in affiliate dashboard requests a referral QR image; the referral destination encoded in that QR is sent to QuickChart.
• Payment providers such as PayPal, Wise and Revolut when you choose their external payment link. Cryptocurrency network providers process transfers made to the displayed wallet address.
• External contact and affiliate destinations, including WhatsApp, Telegram and Chaturbate, only when you open the relevant external link.
• Authorised Escortii administrators and reviewers, only where access is needed for moderation, support, security, billing or identity verification.
• Professional advisers, insurers, courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
• A purchaser or successor organisation if Escortii is reorganised, sold or transferred, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

When you deliberately select an external contact link, such as WhatsApp, your browser or device connects to that provider and its own privacy policy applies.

Some service providers operate internationally, so personal information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires it, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards such as recognised contractual protections, together with proportionate technical and organisational measures.

We keep information only for the period reasonably required for the purpose collected, including safety, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Our standard target periods are:

A court order, investigation, dispute or legal obligation may require us to preserve relevant information for longer. Anonymous or aggregated information that no longer identifies a person may be retained for statistical purposes.

Escortii currently uses browser storage primarily for essential or user-requested functionality. This may include:

• Firebase Authentication information used to keep a signed-in session secure, using local or session persistence according to your “keep me signed in” choice.
• Your 18+ access choice so the entry prompt does not repeat unnecessarily.
• Random site-presence and event-session identifiers, plus login-presence markers used to reduce duplicate activity entries.
• An affiliate referral code, campaign attribution and random referral-session identifier when you arrive through or use an affiliate link.
• A random content-report token used to discourage repeated anonymous reports from the same browser.
• Recently viewed advertisement IDs, advertisement drafts, email-verification cooldowns, reward-dialog choices and saved interface state, which remain on the device until cleared or replaced.

Escortii does not currently load Google Analytics or third-party behavioural advertising cookies. Page, advertisement, sponsored-card and affiliate interactions are recorded in our own service database with rate limiting. Depending on the event, a record may include a random browser-session identifier, device category or signed-in account ID. If third-party behavioural tracking is introduced, we will update this notice and provide an appropriate consent choice before setting non-essential cookies where required.

You can delete or block browser storage through your browser controls. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, age-access memory or other account features from working correctly.

We use proportionate safeguards including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, private storage rules, administrator role claims, short-lived review links, server-side ownership checks, file validation, rate limiting and monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should choose a unique password and protect access to their email and device.

Escortii does not currently make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Advertisement moderation and identity-verification decisions involve administrator review. Automated checks may still be used to validate files, required fields or access permissions.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you the right to:

• Receive information about how your data is used.
• Request access to a copy of your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of information in appropriate cases.

• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Receive certain information in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

To make a request, email Admin@escortii.com. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity and protect accounts from fraudulent requests. Rights are not absolute; if an exemption applies, we will explain the relevant reason where the law permits.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would appreciate the opportunity to resolve the issue directly first.

We review this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects how registered users’ information is used, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to their attention before the new use begins where required.
